Triathlon Freestyle Swim Clinic with Underwater Video Analysis

This 4-hour clinic is geared towards men and women of all abilities. It includes instruction on the fundamentals of proper, efficient freestyle followed by instruction and practice of drills necessary to achieve optimal technique. Video of the swimmer is then taken above and below water, followed by coach’s analysis on the spot with advice on ways to improve.
